In December 2018, the CLSA launched Magnolia, a new web-based data access application. Researchers are invited to use this new online system to submit data access requests for upcoming application deadlines. PDF applications will no longer be accepted.

Researchers can request a user account by emailing access@clsa-elcv.ca with ‘Magnolia New User Request’ in the subject line. Please expect 2 to 3 working days to receive login information.

The upcoming deadlines to submit a data access application are February 25, June 5 and September 25, 2019. For more information, visit our Data Access Application Process page. 

Applications for available Follow-up 1 data can be made starting at the February 2019 deadline. The initial release will include questionnaire data, but no biomarker data, genomics or linked data. More information on the release of additional Follow-up 1 data will be available in the coming months. Please continue to check the CLSA website for updates.
