The Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG) is holding its 53rd Annual Scientific and Educational Meeting (CAG2024) in Edmonton from October 24-26, 2024.
The theme of the 2024 conference is “Agents of Change: Unraveling Complexity and Advancing Transformation.”
As part of CAG2024, the Care across the continuum session will be chaired by CLSA Co-principal Investigator Lauren Griffith. She will present, The associations between physical, psychological, cognitive, social frailty and health care utilization in community-dwelling adults aged 45-85 participating in the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA).
The Contemporary Research on Elder Abuse: Elizabeth Podnieks Memorial Symposium symposium will be chaired by Gloria Gutman, a CLSA researcher and professor emeritus at Simon Fraser University. As part of the symposium, she will present, Socio-demographic determinants of intimate partner violence (IPV): does sexual orientation matter? Findings from the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA).
