Harriet Sauve
Operations Manager
Harriet Sauve joined the CLSA team in November 2011 as the national operations manager. In her role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the National Coordinating Centre and overseeing the implementation of the CLSA protocol at the Data Collection Sites and Computer-Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) sites across Canada. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining the administrative infrastructure required across Canada to collect the CLSA data including the National Coordinating Center in Hamilton and the 4 CATI sites and 11 Data Collection Sites. She is responsible for overseeing staff who will coordinate and standardize all study components across sites and directly manages staff who ensure continuity of processes and standardization of procedures throughout protocol implementation. She is responsible for overseeing the development of the Quality Management System by overseeing the development and implementation of tools, reporting and audit mechanisms to ensure the collection of quality data at the Data Collection and CATI sites. She holds an honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario, and she is a skilled operations manager with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and research industry. Prior to joining the CLSA, she served as manager, clinical operations, at Cetero Research.
