Data access applications are now being accepted for Follow-up 2 questionnaire data, COVID-19 Seroprevalence Study data, Follow-up 1 linked environmental indicators (including CANUE data) and Follow-up 1 blood biomarkers (chemistry report).
Researchers can submit data access requests using Magnolia, the CLSA’s online data access system. The next application deadline is June 15 at 5 p.m. ET.
To request a user account, please review the information under Data Access. Applicants are also encouraged to review the recently updated Tips for preparing a CLSA Data Access Application prior to submitting.

New data that can be requested as of the June 15 submission deadline are:
- Follow-up 2 questionnaire data including the following new measures:
– Weight perception (Comprehensive only)
– Aortic Valve Stenosis (Comprehensive only)
– Generalized Anxiety Disorder
– Positive Mental Health
– Intimate Partner Violence (Comprehensive only) - COVID-19 Seroprevalence Study data
- Follow-up 1 linked environmental indicators (including CANUE data)
- Follow-up 1 blood biomarkers – chemistry report

Requests for Follow-up 2 data and COVID-19 Seroprevalence Study data must be submitted through a new data access application in Magnolia. Data access fees will apply. Amendments to existing approved CLSA applications will not be accepted for Follow-up 2 data and COVID-19 data.
