For participants who are part of the CLSA COVID-19 Antibody Study and received a Dried Blood Spot (DBS) kit to collect a blood sample at home, please note that August 31^st, 2021 is the last day we are able to receive your DBS kit at the National Coordinating Centre in Hamilton.

It is important to know that analyses of blood samples cannot be completed after August 31^st, 2021. If we receive your DBS kit after this date, we will not be able to process your kit and provide any test results to you. 

Please send back your DBS kit as soon as possible.
