Evaluating clonal haematopoiesis in CLSA

Project Summary

Somatic mutations become common as people age. These somatic mutations have been implicated in many diseases of aging population including shorter lifespans. The purpose this project is to generate acquired mutations data from CLSA using CLSA GWAS data and associated intensity files. These newly derived data will integrated into the core CLSA data and will be available to all academic researchers.
