Patrick D. Emond
Software and Systems Architecture
As the manager of software and systems architecture, Patrick leads the development, maintenance and support of the technology infrastructure powering the CLSA. He works closely with the scientific management and operations teams to provide all software that is used to drive the study. Patrick has over 20 years of software engineering experience with a focus on academic research environments. Prior to joining the CLSA he consulted on technical matters in the fields of radiology, theoretical astrophysics, digital humanities and epidemiology. Patrick holds a Ph.D. in Medical Physics from McMaster University.
